Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter and HR Operation Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth. Additionally, you will manage HR operations, including benefits administration, employee support, and engagement initiatives, to foster a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


Your Arena


Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and clear communication.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions

HR Operations: 

  • HMO and Benefits Management: Organize and manage HMO applications for Philippine employees, ensuring seamless enrollment and updates.
  • Counseling and Employee Support: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to support employees' well-being and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Corrective Actions and Documentation: Handle issuance of Corrective Actions, Incident Reports (IRs), and conduct exit interviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute weekly/monthly engaging virtual activities to foster connection and camaraderie among employees.
  • Team Building Activities: Organize team-building events to create a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • Work-Life Balance Initiatives: Enhance work-life balance for the Philippine team through innovative programs and support systems.

Requirements

What it takes

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in the Philippines or globally is a must.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in HR operations, including benefits administration and employee engagement, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in organizing team-building activities and virtual engagement initiatives.
