Job Overview:

We are looking for a HR specialist who is familiar with Taiwanese labor law in areas such as workforce management, payroll management and HR advisory. You will gain regional exposure with the opportunity to work with colleagues and clients across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert on workforce management, payroll details, and labor regulations, providing essential knowledge to your team.

  • 成為勞動力管理、薪酬細節和勞動法規方面的專家,為團隊提供必要的知識支持。

  • Lead research and keep a well-organized database of labor laws, benefits information, employment contracts, and common questions.

  • 主導研究工作,並維護勞動法規、福利資訊、僱用合約及常見問題的完善資料庫。

  • Handle work pass applications, employee insurance, and collection management to ensure smooth operations.

  • 處理工作簽證申請、員工保險及費用管理,確保業務運營順利進行。

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, consistently meeting expectations and delivering on time.

Requirements:

要求:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Business Management, HR or any related field.

  • 具有商業管理、人力資源或相關領域的大專及/或學位。

  • 2-4 years experience in HR/ Payroll/ Compensation and Benefits in Taiwan

  • 在台灣具備2至4年HR/薪酬/薪酬與福利管理的經驗。

  • Willing to take on client-management and advisory role.

  • 願意承擔客戶管理及顧問角色。

  • Experience in HR and/or Payroll outsourcing or in a client-facing role would give you a significant edge and advantage, showcasing your ability to handle client interactions effectively.

  • Strong team collaboration skills, paired with the capacity to excel in a dynamic, international work environment, and a drive to make a tangible impact.

  • Good command of English in both written and spoken form.
