Position Title: Executive Director

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:
We are looking for an Executive Director to guide the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District. You will drive strategic planning, oversee community-focused programs, manage fundraising and finances, and ensure operational success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, program management, and financial skills, with a passion for community engagement and innovation.


What Youll Do:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve the organizations mission and goals

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and community engagement

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with artists, residents, cultural instigators, and change makers

  • Engage with community members and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into planning and initiatives

  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, promoting its mission and programs locally, nationally, and globally

Program Development and Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of programs aligned with the organizations four pillars: Arts and Culture, Sustainability, Technology, and Financial Stability

  • Ensure that programs are effective, innovative, and meet the needs of the community.

  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement

Fundraising and Financial Management:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure resources necessary for the organizations operations and growth

  • Manage the organizations budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability

  • Identify and pursue grants, sponsorships, and partnerships to support the organizations initiatives

Operations and Governance:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and organizational alignment with the mission

  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team to support the organizations objectives

What Were Looking For:

  • A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for innovation, community engagement, and driving organizational success
