As a Executive/Senior Executive for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and refinement of the NUHS@Home IT/NGEMR strategic plans, as well as long-term planning of strategy & workplans
  • Support in development in NUHS@Home IT and NGEMR project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverable, and monitoring and reporting of outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Monitor project task progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimise delays.
  • Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful ops & technology integration.
  • Identify potential barriers to change and propose solutions to overcome them.
  • Develop communication plans, training materials such as training manuals, user guides, and other change management tools to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging
  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks within the specified timeline, ensuring high-quality work and timeliness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts and project management software, is a plus
