About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Media Buyer - Search Arbitrage to manage traffic acquisition and campaign optimization for our search monetization operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing campaigns for Google AFD, Yahoo N2S, RSOC feeds, and other performance-based advertising channels.

The Senior Media Buyer - Search Arbitrage will be responsible for acquiring high-quality traffic, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, and ensuring compliance with feed provider policies. This role requires a deep understanding of search arbitrage strategies, traffic sources, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do:

  • Traffic Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and manage traffic sources, including native advertising platforms (e.g.,Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain), programmatic platforms, and direct publishers.

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to maintain profitability by balancing CPC and EPC.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, bounce rates, ROI, etc.) and implement improvements to enhance performance.

  • Feed Monetization: Maximize revenue from Google AFD, Yahoo N2S, and RSOC feeds while maintaining compliance with policies.

  • Traffic Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure traffic meets feed providers’ quality standards to avoid clawbacks or partial payments.

  • Testing & Scaling: Conduct A/B tests for creatives and landing pages and develop strategies to scale profitable campaigns.

  • Compliance Management: Stay updated with Google and Yahoo guidelines to ensure campaigns adhere to feed provider policies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with syndicators and feed providers to troubleshoot issues, negotiate terms, and optimize feed performance.
