Job description

The Media Buyer will primarily be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure high performance and alignment with our business goals. This includes working on Google and Facebook ads, with potential expansion to Bing and LinkedIn. You will start by collaborating closely with leadership to shape the strategy and then take on the execution and ongoing optimization of our advertising campaigns. Key duties include:

  1. Ad Management & Optimization:

    • Manage ad campaigns across Google and Facebook initially, with potential expansion to Bing and LinkedIn.
    • Optimize ads based on performance metrics, including responding to platform feedback and adjusting underperforming campaigns.
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all changes align with strategic goals.
  2. Data Reporting & Analysis:

    • Compile daily performance reports for each platform, tracking key metrics such as ad spend, revenue, and overall ROI.
    • Maintain a clear and up-to-date dashboard to monitor campaign health and performance.
  3. Execution of Strategic Plans:

    • Follow a structured checklist for monitoring and optimizing campaigns.
    • Implement strategies provided by leadership while maintaining communication for guidance and feedback.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with leadership to learn and refine advertising strategies during the initial onboarding period.
    • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and consult on optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing ad accounts on Google and Facebook. Experience with Bing and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work within a structured, checklist-based workflow and adapt to evolving strategies.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics, including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and overall revenue tracking.
