Job Description: Brand Marketing Coordinator
Brand marketing coordinator provides administrative services utilizing: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Oversee all conversion activities throughout the prospect experience including email communications, webinars, and admissions communications
-Manage and maintain acquisition, cataloguing and distribution of confidential film assets and sales materials
-Manage the process for Final Filmmaker and Executive Presentations
-Execute media plan with current publication partners and research new publications
-Assist Production department to ensure timely, cost efficient completion of promotion materials
-Work closely with show partners (i.e., associations, publications, ) on promoting exhibitor and attendee participation in the shows, gaining their lists, obtaining a presence in their newsletter and correspondence
-Develop and/or maintain organized records and track team budgets, reports, results, and provide results to the Retail Marketing Team and key stakeholders
-Track all incoming and outgoing projects on a global level
-Assists with development of marketing creative briefs and campaign recap decks
