About the Role:

Keysight’s portfolio of design, emulation, and test solutions is expanding rapidly. We are reaching new markets and customers at an unprecedented pace. To ensure our brand story remains clear, compelling, and impactful throughout this evolution, we're seeking an experienced messaging specialist to unify and amplify our communications.

In this pivotal role in Keysight Global Marketing, you'll be the guardian of Keysight's brand voice and narrative. Your expertise will shape how we communicate our value proposition, ensuring consistency and impact across all go-to-market activities. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy storyteller with a keen understanding of business strategy and brand positioning. You'll translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, crafting and/or refining persuasive messaging that resonates with a wide range of audiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and R&D. Your capacity to ask insightful questions, provide clear messaging guidance, and uphold high standards for communication excellence will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and refine brand, topic, and product messaging: Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework for our products and marketing programs that aligns with our company's vision and values.
  • Write compelling marketing copy: Review and help craft persuasive messaging and derivative copy tuned for various marketing materials including advertising, email campaigns, press releases, social media posts, videos, and website content.
  • Support product launches: Develop messaging strategies and materials for new product introductions, ensuring that the product's value proposition is effectively communicated to the market.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Measure and analyze messaging effectiveness: Track key metrics and analyze messaging performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis: Audit competitor messaging and identify opportunities for Keysight to strengthen its brand positioning.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in messaging within a B2B technology or corporate communications environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of branding and storytelling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B brand function and an understanding of design, emulation and validation solutions in key industries like automotive, wireless or aerospace and defense.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience working with global brands or in international markets.

Pay Range:

USD $103,650.00 - USD $172,740.00 Year
