This role combines creative design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to enhance user experience. You will stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to elevate the quality of our digital products.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • User-Centered Design (UCD): Conduct in-depth user research, create personas, journey maps, and conduct usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs.
  • Webflow Development: Utilize Webflow to create responsive, visually appealing designs without extensive coding, including animations, complex layouts, and custom interactions.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to quickly iterate and incorporate feedback.
  • Visual and Interaction Design: Develop visually cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines, including interactive elements and transitions to boost engagement and usability.
  • Front-End Development: Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React to bring your designs to life, optimizing for performance and interactivity.
  • Data-Driven Design: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to track user behavior and adjust designs based on data insights.
  • Responsive and Adaptive Design: Create designs that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and a consistent user experience.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing with tools like Optimizely to assess design elements, layouts, and content, enhancing user experience based on performance data.
  • Design Systems and Component Libraries: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency and streamline development handoff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; Master’s in Interaction or UI/UX Design is a plus.
  • Specialized Courses: Certification in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Webflow development preferred.
  • Generative AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools (e.g., OpenAI’s DALL-E, ChatGPT) to create dynamic and engaging elements in the UI.
  • Prototyping Tools: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for creating interactive prototypes and facilitating feedback.
  • Front-End Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) to drive data-informed design.
  • Adaptable Design: Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure designs are accessible and functional across various platforms.
