Your tasks & responsibilities:

YourÂ main responsibilityÂ will be toÂ provide technical support to usersÂ and systemsÂ in our company.
PerformÂ installation,Â configuration,Â routine monitoring, and maintenanceÂ of all aspects ofÂ ourÂ IT infrastructure.
AssistÂ with onboarding and offboarding processÂ of employees and access control.
Create technical documentation and step-by-step procedures for end-users.
Stay informed aboutÂ modern technologiesÂ and IT trendsÂ so we are always aware of what we can improve.

What you bring:

ExperienceÂ inÂ someÂ of the following skills:
- MicrosoftÂ Office administration
- Identity ProviderÂ (IdP)Â and SSOÂ management
- Permission and Access Management
- Endpoint managementÂ (GPO, MDM, or any other)
- Asset Management
- Technical Support
- NetworkingÂ and Cybersecurity
- SupportingÂ Audio-VideoÂ systems
- Administering over a hybrid (device-wise) environmentÂ HardwareÂ procurementÂ andÂ refurbishment
- Administering overÂ CRMÂ or Project Management applications
- Maintaining file hosting and sharingÂ software (Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.)
- Writing technical documentation and instructions
Patience for end users.
TalentÂ toÂ âGoogleâÂ your way out of problems.
Ability to prioritize your tasksÂ inÂ real-time.
CapabilityÂ toÂ communicate yourÂ ongoing tasks and priorities to coworkers.
ProficiencyÂ in English. You mustÂ feel comfortableÂ to work fully in EnglishÂ speakingÂ environment.
