About The Role
We are seeking a talented content creator with expertise in researching topics, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights to develop high-quality, SEO-driven content.
You should have experience with keyword research (using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar), AI-assisted writing (using platforms such as Surfer SEO or NeuronWriter), and content repurposing strategies to maximize content impact across various channels, preferably in b2b SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Produce at least 3 original long-form articles per month.
- Create 2–3 supplementary articles for each long-form article (these will address niche, smaller topics derived from the main content).
- Ensure that articles are growing organic traffic on the blog.
- Incorporate at least 10 internal links into each article to improve content discoverability.
- Close co-operation with marketing leaders on validating topics and researching ideas.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent in both Polish and English, with the ability to write SEO-optimized content in both languages.
- Proven experience in SEO content creation, utilizing tools such as Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
- Strong understanding of AI tools for content writing and repurposing while maintaining a human touch where it adds value.
- Proficiency in keyword research, content strategy development, and data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to align content with SEO best practices, focusing on organic growth and traffic acquisition.
KPIs
- At least 3 long-form original articles published monthly.
- Each article accompanied by 2–3 additional content pieces.
- A minimum of 10 internal links per article to support site structure and SEO optimization.
Additional Expectations
- Ability to collaborate with other teams to integrate content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving SEO trends and AI content development tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, researching, and optimizing content while ensuring quality and engagement through human oversight where necessary.
Budget: 5,000 PLN b2b contract
BONUS: For each MQL generated from your article we’ll offer a financial provision per month.
