Job description

Position: Sales Agent (Remote)

Company Overview

We provide high-quality consumer attraction, service, and technical support through various communication channels. Our contact center successfully serves customers in more than 4 languages, and starting in 2024, we plan to expand the service by adding 3 more languages.

Responsibilities:
Calls to a "warm" customer baseSelling goods for health (vitamins, biologically active supplement ) customers according to the provided scripts.
Correct completion of the CRM.

Knowledge:
Candidates should preferably have sales and call center experience. However, if the candidate has no experience but instead has a strong desire to learn and work in sales, we will teach him.

Soft skills:
Candidates must, in any case, have good communication skills, be stress-resistant, result-oriented, and sales-motivated

Experience:
Languages: German (fluent B2-C1)
The candidate must have Wired Internet (not via Wi-Fi, speed from 60 Mbits, Ping less 200) or MOBILE internet 5G (speed from 60 Mbits, Ping less 200), PC headset, laptop or computer

Remote Opportunity
Work timings: Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week according to shift), 3:00 pm - 00:00 am or 4:00 pm - 01:00 am Pakistan zone,
but later, maybe in the next year, there will be three shifts 24/7 Flexible shift schedule and eight flexible days off per month. The candidate can choose work shifts.
