Job description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist with over 3 years of experience in managing recruitment for a wide range of positions. 

In this role you will need strong skills in candidate evaluation and analysis, with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit. 

Autonomy, responsibility, and perfect English proficiency are key to succeeding in this role.

Accountabilities:

- Posting and sourcing several roles per day, using Jobgether, Workable and Linkedin.

- Conduct evaluations of candidates, including skill assessments & experience reviews.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs, using Slack messages or Google Meet interviews. 

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of recruitment experience across different types of positions (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data..)

- Perfect level in English (written, spoken)

- Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating candidate profiles.

- Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and commitment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
