About the role:
  • Profile - Talent Acquisition

  • Work hours - Mon to Fri / Day Shift
You will be:
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles
  • Maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for all our open positions
  • Sourcing potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, CutShort, Angellist, etc.
  • Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Posting jobs to our internal website and external job boards
  • Coordinating with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Promoting company’s reputation as a great place to work
What are we looking for?
  • 1-2 years of overall experience with at least 6+ months of experience in sourcing for a high growth tech organization
  • Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities
  • Ability to contact & engage candidates over the phone
  • Analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Basic understanding of ATS
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong team focus and the ability to excel in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
