Summary

The Broker Senior Partnerships Manager role at Deel offers a unique opportunity to be part of the founding partnerships team, collaborating with insurance broker partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for ambitious Partnership Managers who can build new partnerships with broker partners throughout North America. You must manage a thorough discovery process and work cross-functionally with the Deel AE team and our strategic partners. 

This client-facing role will involve regular travel, including at least one monthly field visit. You will be tasked to attend trade shows and, as a delightful perk, host and partner at various social events such as dinners, happy hours, top golf, and wine tastings.

Responsibilities 

  • Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them

  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel

  • Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle

  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)

  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth

  • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales experience, particularly at a fast-paced B2B startup

  • Successfully carried and exceeded your revenue quota

  • Consistent track record of success (top 10%)

  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software, global or fintech products

  • Ability to operate at Deel speed (fast-paced environment)

  • Experience selling to/through partnership channel 

  • Ability to operate in a distributed and remote environment
