Job description

We’re building a membership platform for the restaurant industry. Businesses get a simple way to connect with their customers and give them membership benefits & rewards. One of the main reasons why users love Cluby is that they don’t have to download several restaurant loyalty apps - instead they can use Cluby on all of their favourite restaurants, bars, cafes, and nightclubs. Our app is the most popular membership app in Finland and we are expanding to Europe in 2024.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Europe to establish our digital marketing team. You will be in charge of our website development, performance marketing in channels including Google ads and Meta, conversion optimization and content marketing. You work closely with our sales, customer success and product teams to turn features into marketing messages that our revenue team can leverage.

This is a remote full-time role that can be located anywhere in Europe.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a technical marketing role

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, Intercom and Hubspot 

  • Highly proficient in analyzing data in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas etc) 

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to perform basic graphic design and video editing

  • Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented with ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings

  • Independent as well as a team player

  • Fluent spoken and written English skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize our website content and online marketing campaigns at high velocity

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing and analyze results to help optimize website conversion rate

  • Develop analytics framework and tools for measuring marketing performance

  • Use data in our data warehouse to get insights on user behavior

  • Support digital ad campaigns by contributing creative and landing pages

  • Create compelling copy, graphics and videos required to support web content needs

  • Create and manage our blog content
