Position: Performance Coach
As a Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in coaching and developing our Sales Team, also known as Protocol Review Specialists (PRS). Your mission is to provide actionable feedback, deliver skill-building sessions, and ensure our specialists reach their full potential in helping customers optimize their health and wellness.
What You'll Do:
Coach for Success: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to Protocol Review Specialists to improve their sales skills, communication, and adherence to our proven processes and scripting.
Analyze Performance: Monitor PRS metrics, listen to call recordings, and identify areas for improvement to drive results.
Deliver Training: Conduct daily skill-building exercises, roleplays, and tailored development plans to help team members close sales ethically and effectively.
Support Growth: Mentor PRS team members to overcome challenges, hit performance goals, and build confidence in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate: Partner with leadership to align coaching strategies with company goals, ensuring consistent performance and positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
Coaching Expertise: Experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching, or training is highly preferred.
Passion for Health & Wellness: A strong foundation or genuine interest in the health and wellness industry is non-negotiable.
Inspirational Personality: People who’ve worked with you would describe you as an uplifting and inspirational person.
Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with ethical sales processes and performance-driven environments is preferred, but not required. We will teach you a specific, proven process.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, motivating verbal and written communication with the ability to inspire and challenge team members.
Tech-Savvy:
Stable internet connection (Octane Speed 20,000+).
Backup systems for power/internet outages.
Fast, reliable computer with working mic, camera, and headset.
Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours/week and coach team members on the following schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM–5 PM
