About this Role 

As a Marketing Associate at Deciphex, you'll merge creativity with analytics, enhancing our market presence through effective communication strategies, CRM optimization, lead generation, and proactive public relations efforts, driving forward our mission in the digital pathology sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in developing, localizing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the U.S. market, leveraging digital, social, email, print, and event-based channels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

Content Development & Management:

  • Collaborate with global and clinical marketing teams to produce and adapt marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring they resonate with U.S. audiences.
  • Manage and update U.S. social media profiles, website content, and blog posts to maintain a fresh, engaging presence that supports overall brand strategy.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Support the collection, organization, and analysis of market and competitor data to inform marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and refine messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and audience feedback to provide insights that help guide the development of targeted marketing materials and campaigns.

Event Coordination & Promotion:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating participation in U.S. trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events, including event logistics, booth preparation, and onsite marketing activities.
  • Support the creation and distribution of pre- and post-event marketing materials to maximize event ROI and lead generation efforts.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work closely with the clinical marketing, research marketing and product teams.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide them with relevant marketing collateral, assist in lead nurturing campaigns, and track marketing-driven leads through the sales pipeline.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Assist in maintaining marketing metrics and KPIs, using analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and activities.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.


Required Skills & Experience 

  • 2.1 Degree in Business, Marketing or Equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and impactful results.
  • Coachable, with a passion for new ideas and resilience in challenging conditions.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Effective at time management and personal organization/planning.
  • Passionate about communication and marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for communicating technology.
  • Strong presentation skills and a keen eye for design.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Software / Software Services.
  • Understanding of pathology and digital pathology principles.

 

Travel

  • Candidate must hold a valid Passport 
  • Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences and to Customer Site locations as required
