We support over 3 million businesses globally by enabling local creators to share videos of their experiences. 10,000 cities have their own unique video feeds in more 150 countries, so you can see what’s happening in your city and around the world to find the perfect experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies for identifying and developing partnerships that align with organizational goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partners, understand industry trends, and evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners, building trust and credibility to foster collaboration.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including terms and conditions, scope, and objectives.
- Project Management: Manage partnership projects from initiation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align partnership activities with organizational priorities and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data to identify partnership opportunities and measure success.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
