About the Multimedia and Social Media Coordina

tor:The Multimedia and Social Media Coordinator creates and implements The Bank of Missouri’s video and social media content to build brand awareness and preference, expand our social presence and build relationships with key audiences, current and prospective customers. This position also monitors social media traffic pertaining to The Bank of Missouri and responds in a manner that exemplifies our services. Along with other members of the bank and their colleagues in the marketing department, this role drives social media content to support the bank’s business objecti

As a Multimedia and Social Media Coordinator you

  • will:Shoot and edit photos and videos to produce compelling and engaging content that supports brand and business g
  • oals.Work within the marketing team to define social media strategies and creatively leverage content to execute those strate
  • gies.Partner with internal teams including marketing, compliance, legal, HR and IT to maximize the power of social media within a regulated industry through innovative content and creative positioning of social media channels for the
  • Bank.Research, develop and implement social media tools and unique strategies that are consistent with The Bank of Missouri’s b
  • rand.Produce, write, create and design graphics intended for social media use using the Adobe Creative S
  • uite.Develop innovative content that helps build relationships with current and prospective customers, including virtual video events, live streaming,
  • etc.Define and develop quantifiable objectives for specific social media platforms utilizing measurements that further the Bank’s goals for business develop

ementsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three plus years of video production experience. Solid knowledge of social media best practices. Outstanding written communications and strong analytical and data-driven thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
