Demand Generation Specialist (Outbound PA Business Development Representative)

The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for partnering with our PA sales team and account executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities. They will use phone calls, email campaigns and linkedin touchpoints to establish relationships with public administration stakeholders and uncover their pain points, technology initiatives and timeframes for purchasing. They will then use that relationship to set up introductory meetings with the PA Account Executives and the prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Public Administration Account Executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities for our Core PA products.
  • Initiate and lead reoccurring territory strategy meetings with each of your Account Executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales Leadership to help craft and hone our messaging and target audience.
  • Participate in the planning and creation of our greater business development strategy and support the creation and execution of marketing and BDR campaigns.
  • Research and understand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in each of your territories.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Strong understanding of CentralSquare’s mission, values, and products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Coachable, driven and hard-working.
  • Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Previous public sector experience.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement vehicles and the RFP process.
