Job description

BA Global Talent is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and building relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our nearshoring solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from sourcing and contacting leads to applying sales strategies and closing deals.
  • Engage prospects through tailored cold calls and emails to build relationships, educate them on the company’s services, and persuade them to schedule consultations.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking, account updates, and reliable sales forecasting.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify high-potential prospects and refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry best practices to effectively address client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving the company’s overall growth and success.
  • Segment leads based on insights to craft targeted messages that resonate with specific industries, roles, and business needs.
  • Design and execute mass email marketing campaigns to target prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize engagement.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other platforms to create and execute multichannel campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign data to uncover new outreach opportunities, track performance, and continuously optimize processes.
  • Provide actionable feedback on lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and enhance overall strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating or executing marketing-driven campaigns is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including expertise in crafting compelling messages, conducting effective sales calls, and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactive, with a passion for driving results, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
