Job description

  • Conduct research to identify potential corporate clients in need of senior software engineers.
  • Use LinkedIn as the primary platform to connect with prospects, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if applicable).
  • Engage with leads through personalized messages and professional relationship-building techniques.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and contacts in the CRM (Zoho or similar).
  • Set appointments with potential clients for discovery meetings or service presentations.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide feedback on outreach strategies and contribute to setting up or improving automation tools if needed.
  • Track and report weekly progress, including the number of appointments set and conversion rates.
  • Aim to set at least 10 qualified appointments per week.
  • Prioritize quality leads to improve overall conversion rates (1–2% target).
