The Role 

We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive our centralized lead generation efforts across both our Momentum and Direct sales channels. This strategic role will be instrumental in scaling our sales organization and optimizing our lead generation processes to fuel Farther's continued growth.

Your Impact 
  • Build and lead a high-performing lead generation team that serves as the engine for our sales organization's growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize lead qualification, distribution, and conversion across both Momentum and Direct sales channels
  • Create and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with broader company initiatives and campaigns
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent high performance
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that enable efficient lead handling and maximize conversion rates
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure smooth handoff processes and alignment between lead gen and closing teams

 

The Ideal Match 
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years specifically leading lead generation or SDR teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales development teams
  • Deep understanding of wealth management and financial services sales processes
  • Experience with sales technology stack implementation and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellence in process development and team training
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree or industry certifications preferred

 

Bonus Points 
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Previous experience in wealth management or fintech
  • Proven success in implementing innovative lead generation strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms
  • Track record of achieving significant year-over-year growth in lead generation and conversion
