We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives in the Northeast, specifically being able to support onsite events in the New York metro market. The ideal candidate will also work across the Northeast marketing team and collaborate with sales to drive business development efforts through targeted outreach to prospect accounts. This role is a remote role, but the candidate must be located in NY or NJ. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Event Coordination:
  • Assist in planning of Northeast internal events such as QBRs and Vendor Days
  • Provide support on the administrative level for all Northeast regional marketing events including but not limited to event contracting, list uploads, creation of UTM links, creation of promotional graphics and more
  • Assist the Senior Field Marketing Specialist with onsite management of marketing events in NY Metro 
  • Business Development & Outreach:
    • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to craft targeted outreach campaigns aimed at prospect accounts.
    • Drive event registrations and participation through personalized email outreach, phone calls, and social media engagement.
    • Assist in lead generation and follow-up strategies to convert event attendees into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 0-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or business development.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.
    • Familiarity with or willingness to learn key marketing tools like Marketo
    • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required.
    • Experience selling professional services, security audits and assessments a plus.
    • Must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Up to 20% regional travel as needed.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sedentary work
    • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a about 8 hours a day
    • Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for about 8 hours a day
    • Ability to lift and move items up to 25lbs for onsite event setup
