Task Description
You will be in charge of BICS sponsor roaming and roaming hub solutions and to ensure that BICS keeps and grows its established market leadership. We're looking to extend BICS' value proposition with innovative solutions to facilitate and enable roaming for the new mobile technologies, new use cases and new players in market.
The full product cycle will be your responsibility: manage the roadmap, drive the development of products and lead launch of these products, including the operational aspects.
- You develop and improve BICS' Mobility product portfolio by building a feature rich road map and delivering new product features and solutions.
- You reflect on build or buy strategy and develop product partnerships.
- You help the Go to Market Organization to achieve sales results and you develop thought leadership.
- You streamline and monitor the progress and prioritisation of development blocks in an agile way. You integrate customer specific requirements within the road maps.
- You define pricing framework and product positioning; you monitor competition, technology, and regulation to adapt the portfolio when necessary.
- You develop a vision and underlying business cases to constantly improve BICS’ USP’s and competitive position.
- You are responsible for the realization of the contribution margin by monitoring product revenues, gross margins, product operating costs, quality and operational KPI’s. You take actions when risks are identified.
- You provide training on the products throughout the organization, contribute to go-to-market plan of Enterprise Markets and provide product support to Sales and Partnerships teams.
- You organize product review meetings to capture feedbacks from the field.
- You devise and implement action plans with other departments to enhance product line value proposition, drive operational efficiency while improving customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- You have a master’s degree in ICT and a minimum of 10 years of experience within the ICT and Telco.
- You have a deep understanding of the Roaming eco-system and ideally some knowledge about Private Network, SIM and 5G technologies.
- You have proven leadership skills and steer teams throughout the organisation
- You are results oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude, you take full ownership of your products and their successful implementation.
- You can develop and communicate your strategy and vision for your product portfolio towards the entire organisation.
- You have a customer centric mind-set.
- You have excellent communication skills which allow you the collaborate with technical and sales teams.
- You have excellent market and technical knowledge on mobile connectivity and preferably on roaming.
- You worked in international environments.
- You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Please bear in mind the position is offered on a permanent contract (CDI). An on-site presence is required in Brussels, 2/3 days per week. Thank you!
