We are looking for a Technical Writer to be part of our dynamic Delivery Team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate about our cutting-edge cloud services. This is a fully remote work, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our infrastructure product and operations teams, diving deep into the technical details to develop comprehensive operational procedures.


You will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with leading experts in cloud infrastructure to create clear, precise documentation that supports the secure operations of Australia's critical workloads.
  • Be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your technical writing skills will help shape how we communicate complex concepts to our stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in supporting projects that protect Australia's most sensitive data, driving advancements in cloud technology.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.


To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to document networking and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with content management systems and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Certification in Technical Writing or related fields
