About the Role:
Candex is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Event Specialist to design, plan, and execute impactful events that elevate our brand and enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences.
This role is fully remote, working from the United States.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Event Design and Planning:

  • Conceptualize and design events aligned with company goals, audience needs, and brand identity.
  • Develop comprehensive operational blueprints, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Execution and Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of events from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site operations.

Customer Engagement:

  • Design strategies to enhance attendee experience and foster meaningful engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client or customer inquiries related to events.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product / customer success teams to align event goals with broader business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination.

Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Represent Candex professionally in all stakeholder interactions.

Post-Event Analysis:

  • Evaluate event success using KPIs, feedback, and metrics.
  • Create detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in event planning, customer engagement, brand activation, event management or a related field.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong background in designing and implementing operational blueprints.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple events and tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in a high-pressure environment.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with a flair for designing unique and engaging event experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite.
