Location

  • Romania (Work from home within Romania's territory)
  • Flexibility to work from Slovenia: After 6 months, you may return and work from Slovenia for up to 5.6 months with Project Manager approval, before returning to Romania.


Key Details

  • Position: Customer Support Specialist (Slovenian)
  • Starting Dates:
    • 16th December 2024
    • 20th January 2025
  • Salary:
    • 9,000 RON Gross (:1,800 EUR Gross/month)
    • Signing Bonus: 2,000 EUR Gross (paid over 12 months: 500/300/300/100/100/100/100/100/100/100/100/100 EUR)
    • Performance Bonuses:
      • Up to 200 EUR Gross after 3 months
      • Up to 300 EUR Gross after 12 months
      • Up to 400 EUR Gross after 24 months



Relocation & Benefits

  • Relocation Support:
    • Fully covered transportation from your current location (plane, bus, or train).
    • Accommodation options:
      • 3 months in company accommodations (if relocating to Cluj-Napoca) OR
      • Rent allowance of 500 EUR/month for 6 months (any location in Romania).

  • Meal Tickets: 30 RON/day (equivalent to :120 EUR/month for 20 working days).
  • Medical Subscription: Starting from your 2nd month of employment.

Your Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer support for a leading consumer electronics brand.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally via multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
