Your Role
Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this is a great opportunity to develop or enhance your leadership skills, gain knowledge and exposure to the growing aged-care industry and not-for profits.
You will enjoy working closely with our Senior Manager Accounts Receivable, who is an empowering and communicative leader, to lead, coordinate and administer Accounts Receivable processes that ensure high-quality service delivery for our stakeholders and clients.
You also play a key role in driving business objectives and managing day-to-day operations effectively.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of Accounts Receivable functions with:
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or related fields, and/or significant experience in a similar role.
- An enjoyment of managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; pivot table, v-lookups, conditional formatting (knowledge of macros is a bonus).
- Experience with Technology One is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current National Police Check or willingness to undertake.
You will also demonstrate a commitment to process management, compliance, and continuous improvement, while also being able to mentor and support team members with less experience.
Salary & Benefits
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract with the option to work 5-days a week or a 9-day fortnight via a compressed work week.
