Summary:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid media marketing campaigns to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, with a strong background in paid media management on various platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta (Ads Manager).

Salary: $3,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid media marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta (Ads Manager), Display, and DOOH.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed effectively to achieve expected performance targets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Compile and document comprehensive campaign analysis and performance reports for assigned clients.
  • Measure and report on ROI, providing clients with clear and actionable insights.
  • Proactively stay updated on media behaviors, technology trends, industry news, and evolving strategies.
  • Share key developments and discoveries with team members through internal and external communications.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots and Vlookups.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Editor, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and various media planning tools for effective campaign management.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience across multiple platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta (Ads Manager), Display, and DOOH.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
