Summary:

We are seeking a LinkedIn Content Manager who can combine creative flair, technical design skills, and platform expertise to enhance our brand presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in graphic design, video editing, and content writing, particularly for LinkedIn, with a focus on creating engaging and high-performing content. A portfolio showcasing your design and LinkedIn-specific content work is required for consideration.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, animations, and videos tailored for LinkedIn.
  • Design creative assets that align with the company's branding guidelines to drive engagement.
  • Craft engaging, compelling, and thoughtful written content to boost interaction and expand the company’s LinkedIn audience.
  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies to enhance the company’s thought leadership and brand visibility.
  • Analyze audience behavior and platform trends to refine content and design approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test, learn, and iterate on new ideas to maximize engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to align LinkedIn content with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to campaigns by producing unique visual and written materials.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

  • Proven expertise in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing LinkedIn-specific content.
  • Strong content writing skills with experience developing strategies for growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and best practices for maximizing post performance.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design and LinkedIn-specific content work is required for consideration.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and visuals for varied audiences.
  • A creative mindset coupled with strong project management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
