Job Description
Your LittleBig responsibilities
As the
Lead UX Designer for Connect, you will define and execute the UX strategy for one of LittleBig Connection’s flagship SaaS products. Your mission is to transform the platform into a seamless, AI-driven experience, solving complex user challenges for recruiters and talent alike. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design a product that is intuitive, efficient, and future-ready.
- Reimagine the user experience: Lead the transformation of Connect into a cutting-edge platform that leverages AI to simplify and accelerate sourcing and contracting processes.
- Define a compelling UX vision: Align user needs, business goals, and market trends to create a UX strategy that drives product success.
- Leverage AI insights: Incorporate AI-powered features like talent matching and predictive analytics into user workflows to enhance the product’s value.
- Conduct user research: Gather insights through user interviews, testing, and data analysis to inform your design decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams: Work alongside Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of UX designs.
- Promote user-centered design: Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and delightful experience across all touchpoints.
Candidate Profile
- UX expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products, ideally in marketplaces or SaaS platforms.
- AI-driven design experience: Familiarity with designing user flows and interfaces that leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems.
- User-centered mindset: Strong ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive solutions tailored to user needs.
- Research-driven approach: Skilled in conducting and synthesizing user research to inform actionable design strategies.
- Collaboration skills: Proven experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in French, English (required); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Tool proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Miro, and user research platforms like Maze or similar tools.
