Job description

We are Tagvenue - a global online marketplace for venue hire. With growth, empowerment, and execution at our core, we're on a mission to revolutionize the venue-booking experience worldwide. We launched in mid-2015, and within a short period, we achieved a market-leading position in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and we’re expanding rapidly in the US. As a team of 100+ professionals, we're on the lookout for talented individuals who share our drive for innovation and passion for excellence. Join us and be part of reshaping the future of event experiences worldwide.

YOUR MISSION

Bring our product vision to life by designing experiences that users love. You’ll team up with product and tech teams to shape a cutting-edge SaaS solution, translating insights from user research into thoughtful, intuitive designs. Expect hands-on collaboration in a product-driven culture, where you'll join design sessions, explore data insights, and bring a business mindset to push the product forward.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Sketch out the main designs for our products, dive into making them better, and come up with new ideas hand in hand with our product and tech teams

  • Maintain and improve our design system in line with best market principles

  • Help us define the product by crafting wireframes, wireflows, and full-blown interface layouts on different levels of fidelity

  • Discover clients’ needs by conducting User research (interviews, competitors benchmarking, usability testing)

  • Evangelize the organization about design principles

  • Write simple product specifications that outline the functionality, design, and user experience requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in the digital product design field (at product-based companies)

  • Perfect eye for current visual design trends and a ability of applying them to the product we build

  • Rock-solid understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and material design patterns

  • Proven track record in optimizing conversion rates on high-volume websites

  • Ability to draw logical, research-informed, and growth-fuelling conclusions from the data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative),

  • Impeccable command of Figma, Miro, Hotjar and Jira

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (at least C1)

WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

  • Competitive salary: 15,000 - 23,000 PLN on a B2B contract

  • Flexible working hours ⏱

  • 24 paid days off & all bank holidays to support your work-life balance 🧘‍♂️🌴

  • Day off on your birthday 🎂

  • Access to private healthcare 🏥

  • Growth budget for books and courses 📚

  • A choice to work 100% remotely or, if you prefer, from our office in Kraków, Poland

  • As a part of the events industry, we are all about parties! We work, we achieve our goals, and we don’t forget about celebrating our successes- every quarter we gather in Kraków to see each other in person and have fun together! 🎊
