    Job Description

     

    We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to drive the growth and development of our lubricants brands (Wolf, Champion) in Poland. In this position, you will be responsible for the sales of our products in your region, implementing brand development strategies, and fostering strong relationships with existing customers and targeting new prospects, while ensuring compliance with the company’s standards and policies.

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic growth and prospection plans to achieve regional and personal objectives.
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
    • Together with the regional marketeer and our distributors you define and implement the go to market strategies to activate the sales in their sell-out channels.
    • Support new product launches, implementations of marketing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness.
    • Negotiate price and agreements, ensure adherence to regional pricing strategies and promotional guidelines.
    • Conduct technical training and provide support for distributors and customers.
    • Monitor and report sales performance regularly, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, market insights and results.
    • Organize and participate in customer visits, technical trainings, and industry fairs, ensuring product visibility and engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and provide market insights.

    Qualifications

     

    The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics. 

    Your qualifications:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, creating and executing growth plans, and achieving targets.
    • Building lasting relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and onboarding new customers.
    • Knowledge of the Polish market and preferably automotive lubricants and distribution channels.
    • Experience working with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns.
    • Ability to deliver technical training and guidance to distributors and customers.
    • Skilled in tracking sales performance and providing actionable market insights.
    • Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused, with strong communication and negotiation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
