About the position:

Will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reports, and presenting insights to help inform business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data models, and create visualizations that drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analyses and generate reports that inform business decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data models that support these needs.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other data analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Mentor and train junior data analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and an excellent foundation in data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience mentoring and training junior data analysts is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills to talk in English
