We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. This role involves interfacing with customers primarily in France but also across Continental Europe, as well as coordinating with our operations in Finland.

What you will do

  • Interface with our customers in France and other countries in Continental Europe

  • Create, generate and verify all sales documents

  • Manage sales based on rules provided by the managers

  • Enhance customer service through interactive communication methods

  • Liaise with the Supply Chain organization in Finland

  • Verify and request administrative documents

  • Sales responsibility to develop especially our terminal sales in France including customer visits

Who you are

  • You have good communication skills both in French and English

  • You have experience in sales coordination or a related field

  • You have ability to work without supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • You are forward-looking and customer-focused
