Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

20 hours per week
Monday to Thursday, 11AM to 4PM Minneapolis MN

Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to clients to provide information, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
Close deals or book appointments whenever encountering qualified opportunities
Managing and regularly updating company resources, systems, and databases to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Assisting in business adaptation and growth by supporting new initiatives and improvements.
Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
Contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations through organization, collaboration, and effective task management.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of telesales or customer support experience preferably in the healthcare services space
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve client concerns and operational challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
