Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday, 11AM to 4PM Minneapolis MN

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to clients to provide information, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Close deals or book appointments whenever encountering qualified opportunities 
  • Managing and regularly updating company resources, systems, and databases to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting in business adaptation and growth by supporting new initiatives and improvements.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations through organization, collaboration, and effective task management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of telesales or customer support experience preferably in the healthcare services space
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve client concerns and operational challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
