Requested Tasks
-Development, oversight and management of implementing sales strategies related to the Leisure Market, creation of dynamic and insightful sales presentations
-Consistent travel and engaged presence at multiple major business and travel industry tradeshows and events
-Partner closely with internal and property sales and marketing teams to identify prospect accounts and work through RFP negotiations
-Mentor, manage and partner with team members to present property best practices and leadership initiatives
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience in at least a Director of Sales-level role or similar experience required
-Independent luxury/lifestyle hotel experience highly preferred
-Foster relationships throughout the hotel collection leveraging buy-in on new initiatives
-Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
-Ability to work in a fast-changing and exciting environment while remaining steadfast and driven
