We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project and Implementation Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of new client implementations, system upgrades, and other strategic projects.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management
    • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of client onboarding and technology implementation projects.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  2. Client Implementation
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, IT, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Conduct kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews with clients.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement in project management and implementation processes.
    • Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  5. Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintain detailed documentation for all projects, including timelines, deliverables, and post-project evaluations.
    • Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes to leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing client relationships.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, client implementation, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficiency using project management software is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
