JOB DESCRIPTION


In this role, you’ll work closely with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, using your sales skills to secure optimal terms and prices. With ongoing support and resources, you’ll have everything you need to grow and excel in real estate sales. Join our team and transform your passion for sales into a thriving, rewarding career!

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Perform daily property evaluations
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Consistently meet daily performance metrics
  • Work alongside a team committed to your growth and success
  • Don’t have a real estate license? We’ll assist you in obtaining one and cover the cost of your education!

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
