Job description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Customer Acquisition Manager who can drive our growth by spearheading affiliate programs, paid media campaigns, KOL partnerships and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and scaling acquisition strategies, particularly within the tech and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Development & Management

  • Scale our affiliate acquisition efforts using our best-in-class affiliate program
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and KOLs.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Oversee and manage a Junior Affiliate Specialist, providing guidance and support to optimize affiliate relationships and performance

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & Partnerships

  • Identify and acquire new KOLs, affiliates, and ambassadors to expand 3Commas’ reach.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with KOLs to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Actively manage and grow the affiliate network by onboarding new partners each month.

Paid Customer Acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and oversee paid marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Test new paid acquisition initiatives, focusing on high ROI opportunities.
  • Assess the potential for onboarding an external marketing agency to impact customer acquisition

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Oversight

  • Manage an SEO expert and coordinate efforts with an external SEO agency to develop and implement strategies that increase organic search traffic.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between the SEO team and other marketing functions to improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee SEO performance analysis and work with the team to adjust strategies and improve results.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of acquisition campaigns and affiliate activities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Regularly update the team on progress towards OKRs and strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer acquisition, focusing on affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships in fintech or web3.
  • Proven ability to build and scale acquisition programs with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to optimize performance.
  • Experience managing relationships with KOLs and external agencies.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Deep understanding of fintech and/or web3 trends.
