Staff Augmentation & IT Service Sales
- 3+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/Inside Sales in Domestic or Middle East region
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Implementation Partner / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Making Cold Calls to generate Leads
- Expertise in Staff augmentation
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers at Clients
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Required Experience.

- Must be proficient with Outlook, word and excel.
