Job Title: Operations Manager / Workflow Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager / Workflow Specialist will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating CRM and project management workflows for diverse clients. This role involves a deep understanding of systems like Monday.com, Hubspot, ClickUp, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess operational needs and goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing CRM and project management systems.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows within tools such as Monday.com, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Integrate various platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Develop custom systems for clients without existing solutions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for system adoption.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for supported tools.
  • Build new CRM or project management systems from scratch for clients without an existing solution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Hubspot).
  • Strong operational mindset with expertise in system design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in tool integration and process automation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with third-party integration tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Monday.com Specialist, Hubspot Certified).
