Job Title: Cold Caller/Sales Rep
Location: Remote (PST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM and 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

As a Cold Caller/Sales Representative, your role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging potential clientsphysician entrepreneurs looking to maximize the value of their practices. Your main focus will be building relationships, setting meetings, and closing deals that help doctors achieve their financial and operational goals. Your efforts directly contribute to SovDoc's mission of empowering physicians through financial, strategic, and digital advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients using cold calling and email strategies.
  • Build relationships with physician entrepreneurs to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Schedule and set up meetings with prospective clients to drive the sales process forward.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and engaging with potential leads.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach and deal closures.
  • Maintain an average of 225 calls per day over the course of the month to meet performance expectations.
  • Provide daily reports detailing call activities and outcomes to the Companys Chief of Staff.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English language proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or sales roles, especially in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with physician practices and their operational challenges.
