Sales Development Representative - Fitness Software company

United Kingdom/ remote working

£36,900–£49,200 plus OTE circa £60k OTE

This leading fitness software company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team of driven sales professionals. What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify and Pursue Leads: Identify sales opportunities from marketing campaigns and connect through calls, emails, and other outreach activities.
  • Engage Potential Clients: Meet weekly activity goals, including email touchpoints, calls, account creations, and personalised communication.
  • Develop Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, representing the company’s brand and services.
  • Drive Business Growth: Strategically pursue new opportunities and schedule meetings with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Track and Report: Log activities in CRM systems, aligning marketing and sales efforts for effective follow-up.
  • Stay Innovative: Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and market trends to craft targeted outreach strategies.

About you:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in B2B, Inside Sales, or Business Development (recent graduates welcome). Experience in fitness industry management roles (GM, SM etc.) is a plus.
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong instincts for executive-level conversations, with prior experience in sales or prospecting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); experience with SaaS solutions is advantageous.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Time Management: Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
