Job description

Who are we?

HubSpot is a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies. Tens of thousands of customers all over the world use our marketing, sales, and customer success software to grow their businesses. It's our mission to not just help them grow, but to help them grow better.

At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to build a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD, however this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.

What’s the role?

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Go To Market Enablement team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with delivering best in class skills training! If you have a strong sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping sales and support teams get up to speed quicker, this is a role to consider. You will have autonomy to innovate facilitation techniques and play a pivotal role in setting up our sales and support teams for continued growth and scale.

In this role you get to…

  • Facilitate our monthly Sales Foundations program and have the opportunity to learn and facilitate other programs.
  • Contribute to the development of HubSpot’s facilitation practices and content building
  • Work autonomously as well as part of a large team
  • Build working relationships across multiple departments and geos
  • Support multiple avenues of training delivery including video, web-based, self-guided, virtual programs, and potentially in-person (Max 10%).
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment for HubSpot’s new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date as a Subject Matter Expert in various aspects of HubSpot products

We are looking for people who have...

  • Comfort having effective conversations with a variety of leaders across the business
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with minimal direction
  • Experience running different types of workshops. Examples for the interview will be requested.
  • Presentation skills, ability to “own the zoom room” and keep attendees engaged
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Strong understanding of how CRM systems work, preferably HubSpot
  • Personal organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Steadfast attention to detail - you catch the little things others don’t
  • Very strong written & oral communication skills
  • A great sense of humor

Bonus if you have…

  • Experience working globally
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Public speaking experience
  • Strong experience with effectively facilitating onboarding and/or training

What are the benefits?

  • Hybrid work environment - You can choose to work from Home, Office or Flex!
  • Private health insurance allowance & annual fitness reimbursement
  • Opportunity to work with amazing colleagues who embody HubSpot’s HEART core values

HubSpot culture is driven by a shared passion for our mission and metrics. It is a culture of amazing, growth-minded people whose values include using good judgment and solving for the customer. Employees who work at HubSpot have HEART: Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent.

At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a Remote employee, or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers.

If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding. If you join our broader Product team, you’ll also attend other in-person events such as HubSpot’s annual PEER week, your Product Group Summit, and other in-person gatherings to continue building on those connections.

If you require an accommodation due to travel limitations or other reasons, please inform your recruiter during the hiring process. We are committed to supporting candidates who may need alternative arrangements.
