We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our architecture team. The BIM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale architectural projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy, ensuring seamless integration and management of information across all stages of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Create, manage, and integrate digital construction models, ensuring compatibility with other project models.
Participate in project meetings, providing real-time updates on BIM progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and other relevant tools.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to 115,000 per year and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or project complexity.
