Job Description

We are seeking a TS Engineer II who will be responsible for ensuring the operation of HVAC systems (preventive maintenance planning, organization of periodic qualifications, ensuring energy efficiency, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of pharmaceutical regulations.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the planning, implementation and reporting processes of activities and maintenance within their area (e.g. facilities, equipment, utility infrastructure, energy and waste management, GMP systems). Cooperation with engineers at production sites and expertise for one system within Technical Servicves.
  • Lead internal and external audits within technical area of expertise.
  • Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance).
  • Independently manage and resolve deviations on equipment and systems.
  • Participate in the implementation of major capital expenditure projects. Independently implement small/minor capital expenditure projects. Identify technical solutions for those projects. Act like user (SME) for utility within their area.
  • Prepare master data for CMMS (e.g. confirmation and technician time allocations). Enter work orders into CMMS for maintenance. Assess quality impact and release after maintenance. Assess equipment fit for purpose.
  • Provide technical trouble shooting during PQ and validation.
  • Drive / improve Technical Services (infrastructure, utilities), availability, reliability.
  • Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project and commission activities.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent..
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering or production environment.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
