Overview:

Contract: Permanent

Location: Remote / Hybrid 

This role is remote with occasional travel to our offices in Newcastle and London

Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £30,000 , depending on experience

We’re excited to be looking for a Campaigns, Communications and Events Executive to join our Campaign for Learning team.

As our Campaigns, communications and events executive, you will help us deliver and promote excellent campaigns, events, programmes and operations, so that more people and communities have access to transformative lifelong learning

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Delivering our events programme including all aspects of events management
  • Managing our main communications schedule, processes and stakeholder database to ensure timely and impactful communications
  • Leading on content management for our main website, membership website and campaign websites and manage our social channels­
  • Writing, creating and commissioning high-quality tailored and creative content for our different audiences for use across our full range of channels including web, social media, newsletter and bulletins
  • Conducting evaluation and data analysis to inform business development, continuous improvement and progress against our business plan

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Marketing/relevant degree or equivalent and experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing, communications or campaigns environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to write compelling copy for a range of audiences
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills and understanding of good visual design
  • Excellent IT skills across a range of digital platforms and applications and willingness to learn new ones
